I scheduled my appointment over the phone, and the team member I worked with was very friendly, responsive, and patient while I figured out which of their immediate openings worked best with my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by friendly faces. The reception area and waiting room are part of an open floor plan that is well-lit, clean, and organized. For the actual appointment, I had Jordan as my dental hygienist and Dr. Emily as my dentist. They were phenomenal. While my teeth were being examined and cleaned, we had a fantastic conversation; it felt like we had endless things to talk about! I am a yapper, so I appreciated that they reassured me my talking wasn’t an issue. Dr. Emily and Jordan answered all of my questions and educated me on ways to better take care of my teeth. My daughter was scheduled for a dental procedure at this location where she needed to be put under anesthesia. My oldest daughter has the same procedure several years prior at an hospital and the experience was rather traumatic for me as a mother. This experience at Hampden Youth Dentistry has been excellent from start to finish. Staff was on their phone more than they were working. We waited 30 minute to be taken back for our scheduled cleaning. And not a big fan of how they schedule appointment and they don't give you anything telling when they scheduled the next appointment, luck of the draw. You just have to wait for the reminders and hope it works with your schedule.

I have brought my children here their whole life. And they never disappoint. Time efficient and professional. The staff is nice and welcoming.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed recently. The staff was friendly. The surgeon came and talked to us about the procedure and answered all my questions. We received a detailed page with the breakdown of taking all the meds which was easy to follow. My son had no pain on the day of surgery. We are on day four and still no pain. Thank you!

Every time I bring my daughter here, everyone is so friendly. Not once has anyone given the impression they don't want to be there or that they're annoyed with patients. We're always greeted with a smile. I work in scheduling for a hospital call center, so I know just how exhausting and mentally draining it can be working with patients sometimes. This is the best dentist I’ve been to and that’s with experience of trying different places. I’ve came here since I was 5 years old and now my kids do too. The doctors and staff are always super friendly and the appointments are never set out to far. Sometimes even the same day appointments. I would recommend this dentist to anyone.

I was referred by another clinic the Dr was amazing and her staff. The Dr did his work right away which was truly appreciated and meant alot so my son could get his teeth fixed. I would highly recommend this place. 💯

I've been to several kids dentist offices trying to find one I could trust with my children and do their job well with out traumatizing them and scarring them for life when it comes to going to the dentist. I've worked at 2 kids dental offices and I have found 2 offices out of 15 that I'll ever take my kids too! This is one of them. This is the first time I've gone to a dental office and didn't have any thing negative to say about it while there or after I left. Very pleased. My kid is such a gagger. Weak stomach and all. He's not the best patient and he had his first treatment done here that he was awake for it. They did great. They were fast. Got it all done in one day. The the machine to get their prize at the end was really unique! So cool! Everyone is relaxed and happy. No one hates their job there and that's so nice! I can't stand going to an appt and every one is grouchy. It's like going to the DMV. Dental offices should always greet u with a smile and a friendly voice. If they don't? run! If the employees are not taken care of and unhappy then they aren't going to do their best to take care of you. Likely they will take it out on u instead and in dental unless u know what's is what u won't even know they did. I do recommend this office! I will be going back. That's saying a lot coming from me! These are our babies. We have the right to be picky and get the best for our kids. I couldn't ask for much better then this. And if staff are staying there for 18 years or more you know they are probably happy where they are. That's a good sign.
