Dr. Huong Closmann

About Dr. Closmann

Doctor Huong Closmann was born in a small city in Vietnam. She immigrated to the United States when she was 10 years old. Upon arrival to Denver, Colorado she was not able to speak, read or write English. She was the first member of her family to earn a college and a doctorate degree. She is a Colorado native that grew up in a small town Arvada. She is married and have two children. As a family they love to travel, hike, ski and enjoy many of the Colorado outdoor activities.

Prior to dental school, Doctor Huong worked as a dental assistant at a pediatric dental office caring for underserved children. During that time, she developed her passion for children’s dentistry. She received her Bachelor in Science from the University of Denver and her doctorate from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine.
