As soon as we get checked in we are almost immediately brought back. As far as the doctors and dental assistants it is always a great experience. I have two little ones who get a little intimidated by the dentist office but the assistants are always patient and explain what they are going to do before they do it to make my kiddos feel at ease! I scheduled my appointment over the phone, and the team member I worked with was very friendly, responsive, and patient while I figured out which of their immediate openings worked best with my schedule. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted by friendly faces. The reception area and waiting room are part of an open floor plan that is well-lit, clean, and organized. For the actual appointment, I had Jordan as my dental hygienist and Dr. Emily as my dentist. They were phenomenal. While my teeth were being examined and cleaned, we had a fantastic conversation; it felt like we had endless things to talk about! I am a yapper, so I appreciated that they reassured me my talking wasn’t an issue. Dr. Emily and Jordan answered all of my questions and educated me on ways to better take care of my teeth. We're always greeted with a smile. These days you always come across at least one person at a place of business that is unfriendly and does not acknowledge the patient/customer in a professional way or even at all. I work in scheduling for a hospital call center, so I know just how exhausting and mentally draining it can be working with patients sometimes. I've been to several kids dentist offices trying to find one I could trust with my children and do their job well with out traumatizing them and scarring them for life when it comes to going to the dentist. I've worked at 2 kids dental offices and I have found 2 offices out of 15 that I'll ever take my kids too! This is one of them. This is the first time I've gone to a dental office and didn't have any thing negative to say about it while there or after I left. Very pleased. My kid is such a gagger. Weak stomach and all. He's not the best patient and he had his first treatment done here that he was awake for it. They did great. They were fast. Got it all done in one day. The the machine to get their prize at the end was really unique! So cool! Everyone is relaxed and happy. No one hates their job there and that's so nice! I can't stand going to an appt and every one is grouchy. It's like going to the DMV. Dental offices should always greet u with a smile and a friendly voice. If they don't? run! If the employees are not taken care of and unhappy then they aren't going to do their best to take care of you. Likely they will take it out on u instead and in dental unless u know what's is what u won't even know they did. I do recommend this office! I will be going back. That's saying a lot coming from me! These are our babies. We have the right to be picky and get the best for our kids. I couldn't ask for much better then this.
